About the Stonham Barns Steam and Vintage Show
Queen Elizabeth II visited Stowmarket in the Suffolk countryside in 1961 and then again in 2002 as part of her Jubilee celebrations. But you don’t need to wait 40-years between visits. Come out this year for the Stonham Barns Steam and Vintage Show and experience history and some of the best of Suffolk County.
The annual show features a large collection of vintage and collectable steam engines, automobiles, motorcycles, and many other interesting vehicles to view. But there is so much more than these. There are live demonstrations in the show ring throughout the days of the show. The Birds of Prey Sanctuary at Stonham Barns will present shows throughout the weekend for all visitors. Dog shows and Punch and Judy are even more programming choices to enjoy.
The show will also offer stalls of collectable vintage wares, foods, and drinks. Bring the kids along and keep them on leads - Wait, that’s not right - Bring the dog along and keep it on a lead. Let the kids run free to enjoy the fun of the show!
The Stonham Barns Steam and Vintage Show is sponsored by Stonham Barns. Stay at the ground in a luxury holiday home for the weekend at an affordable rate.
