Country Show In Worcestershire

About the Hanbury Countryside Show

For one-day-only, the Hanbury Countryside Show presents the best of Midlands farming, equestrianism, and life in the rural English countryside. The show has been going for over 70-years and is growing stronger every year with record attendance in 2019.

The agricultural show showcases aspects of English farming and country life, as well as classic and vintage steam engines, automobiles, and other vehicles. In the main arena, catch special equestrian events like dressage and show jumping. These events are included in the price of admission.

A large market will feature craft and artisan products, locally produced commodities, fresh foods, and retail marketers. While at the show, take a class in floral art, or baking, or making your own jams and preserves. Bring the children along for individual lessons just for them, as well as all of the animals they cannot see in an urban setting.

The show is a charitable event, raising funds each year for a host of organizations in the Worcestershire region. A featured goal of the show each year is to award an educational bursary for £1000 to a deserving student interested in an agricultural-related education. Applications are available online.
